Utility Assistance

Helping Hands offers vouchers to support individuals struggling to pay their utility bills or needing to provide heat for their homes during the cold winter months. Each client can receive assistance once per calendar year for utility bills or once per kerosene/propane season (December through February). Our focus leans towards our senior citizens and those individuals with disabilities but others may apply who have recently endured an emergency/crisis in the home to include major illness or accident, fire/flood or job loss. Funds are available daily on a first come, first serve basis.
